"Services" refers to interview preparation, AI-powered feedback, analysis, and any other features offered through the PrepBot platform.

2.1. To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3. You must immediately notify PrepBot of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

2.4. PrepBot reserves the right to terminate accounts or deny service to any user at our discretion.

3.1. Some features of PrepBot require a paid subscription. Subscription fees and terms will be clearly displayed before purchase.

3.2. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

3.3. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

3.4. PrepBot reserves the right to change subscription prices upon notice. Price changes will take effect at the next billing cycle.

3.5. Refunds are provided in accordance with our Refund Policy, available separately on our website.

4.1. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Platform, including interview recordings, responses, and profile information ("User Content").

4.2. By uploading User Content, you grant PrepBot a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, reproduce, and analyze your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

4.3. You represent that you have all necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

4.4. PrepBot does not claim ownership of your User Content but may use anonymized data derived from User Content for improving our AI systems and Services.

5.1. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.2. PrepBot implements reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5.3. You consent to the collection and processing of your data, including interview recordings and analysis, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6.1. You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of PrepBot or third parties
• Upload or share harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or PrepBot systems
• Use the platform for any illegal or unethical purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Platform
• Collect user information without proper consent

6.2. PrepBot reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in prohibited activities.

7.1. The PrepBot Platform, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and AI algorithms, is the property of PrepBot or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose in accordance with these Terms.

7.3. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform without our explicit permission.

8.1. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8.2. PrepBot does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8.3. PrepBot does not guarantee job placement or interview success. Our Services are designed as practice tools only.

8.4. PrepBot's AI analysis and feedback are provided for educational purposes and may not reflect how human interviewers would assess your performance.

9.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrepBot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform.

9.2. In no event shall PrepBot's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to PrepBot during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PrepBot and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

11.1. PrepBot reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the Platform or via email.

11.2. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12.1. PrepBot may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice.

12.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease, but sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.1. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

14.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Association] in [Location].
